Hi, I’m Chelsea, a qualified nutritionist, personal trainer and breathwork practitioner with a deep passion for helping others improve their lives through education, empowerment, and practical support. My mission is to make health accessible to everyone, which is why I created the Hype Health App—a space where you can stay connected, supported, and guided through every phase of your health journey.
